About the Luvan Bacon Grease Container with Strainer
Our Bacon Grease Container comes in two versions: a 1.5 liter (50 oz) glass keeper and a 2 liter (68 oz) one in 304 stainless steel with a coaster tray. Both have a fine-mesh strainer on top that catches the crisp bits as you pour the warm fat in, a lid that keeps dust out and a V spout for pouring the clean fat back into a pan. The steel keeper holds 7 cups at its best fill and 8 when full, and its handle is shaped to stay cool enough to hold. It is a cleaner place for bacon fat than the drain.
In the pickle jars & keepers section you will find it next to the Pickle Jar with Strainer Flip, both part of the Luvan range.
