Our Ceramic Garlic Grater Plate is a 6.7 by 3.7 inch piece of glazed porcelain with sharp ceramic teeth in the middle. Rub a clove of garlic or a knob of ginger in circles and it turns into paste, and the V edge guides it into the pan. Holes along the side strip thyme and rosemary off their stems, the plate doubles as a spoon rest, and its edge cracks an egg. A silicone ring underneath keeps it from sliding, and a small brush cleans the teeth.
